Step 1. Listen
Learning about your organization's history and long-term goals is the first step toward developing a successful instructional design plan.

Step 2. Analyze
We'll compare the present and desired levels of individual and organizational performance to identify any performance gaps.

Step 3. Explore
We then begin to explore, collecting ideas and materials to meet your new instructional goals.

Step 4. Refine and Evaluate
We'll present and finalize a selection of information designs, materials and strategies- and put them to work. The new strategies may include measurement and feedback systems, new tools/equipment, and training. Evaluation is done after each phase of the process.
