Collin County Community College Library Back to the Portfolio Collin opened its first campus, the Central Park Campus in McKinney, in January 1986. Located just west of Highway 75 on Highway 380, the campus offers core classes and serves as the home of the college's allied health programs. The Consumer Health Information Center, located at the Central Park Campus Learning Resource Center (LRC), provides a number of resources including Internet databases and links, medical journals, videos, brochures and books.
